I took a closer look and noticed that your latest invoice is pending as you mentioned, but it appears your financial institution requires additional verification steps to complete the transaction. A link for that authentication step was generated with the invoice, it was sent to your email as that's the billing address under the account.
Once the verification is completed, the payment will finalize and immediately re-activate the account. Let me know if you're able to track down the email!
