Issue with Include Job Function Filter for Customer Support Contacts

Hi there - I created a company list, and am looking for contacts from companies on that list. When I add "Include Job Function" = "Customer Support and Success" I get 0 results. When I manually add several customer support job titles, it pulls them in. Is there a reason Include Job Funtion is not working?

It seems the "Include Job Function" filter might not be working as expected. Instead, we recommend using our Apollo.io integration to search for specific job titles. You can use the "Find People at Company By Job Title" or "Find People By Job Title" actions. For customer support roles, try entering job titles like "Customer Support, Customer Success" in the "Job Titles" field. This should help you find the contacts you're looking for more effectively.
