Hi Clay Support team - I lost credits in my account this month even though I still had a one-month grace period to utilize those credits. On monthly plans, unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan's monthly credit limit. If your credits disappeared unexpectedly during your grace period, this might be unusual since credits should remain in your account until the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancelling or downgrading. If you believe credits were incorrectly removed, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" so we can investigate your specific account situation.
Hi Rob, thank you for reaching out. This is due to our rollover policy. If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. As your account has a cap of 2000 credits a month you will only be able to accumulate up to 4000 credits. You can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here.
