I'm trying to add a column from a lookup enrichemnt β I managed to add it for most of the tabs in my table but I can't seem to find it for some tables:
emails: neither for C1 or C2 (c1 competitor 1, c2 competitor 2)
payments: neither for C1 or C2
kiosks: only for C1
ticketing: only for C1
events: neither for C1 or C2
donors, auctions, donations, raffles: found for both competitors
This must be a bug because the column exists so it should be pulled, I'll chat with Clay support. Table here.
This sounds like it could be related to column limits or mapping issues. Each table has a limit of 40 action columns, and if you're hitting that limit, some enrichments might not appear.
Try this troubleshooting approach: delete the affected column and create a fresh one, then re-map your data. When adding columns from enrichments, you can click on the cell containing the endpoint you want, then hover over it and click "Add as column" to create new child columns.
Can you click into the specific cells where you're seeing issues to check if there are any error details? That might give us more insight into what's happening.
If you still need help resolving the issue with adding columns from lookup enrichment, Iβm here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what youβre trying to achieve or any specific errors youβre encountering?
The columns that I'm trying to call are not action or enrichment columns, but just output columns. So, it's not an issue of column limits. I still need help resolving this.
Since you're dealing with output columns from lookup enrichments that aren't appearing consistently across tables, try deleting the affected column and creating a fresh one, then re-mapping your data.
For the missing output columns, click into the specific cells where you're seeing issues - this will expose more details about any error messages that might explain why certain columns aren't available for some tables.
You can also try clicking on the cell containing the enrichment data, then hover over the specific endpoint and click "Add as column" to create new child columns from the parent enrichment.
Is that what you were looking for?
No, because there is no error message here. I'm just trying to, as you said, to click into the specific cell and add them as a column, but they don't come up in the lookup records as available cells to add as a column.
I understand this is frustrating, so Iβll connect you with a human agent who can assist you further.
ok

Hi Matteo, thank you so much for reaching out. I took a look at the C1 and C2 Lookup source tables in the table you shared and they both appear to reference the same table. I also checked Clay | 0925 - Zeffy vs. {competitor}, but I wasnβt able to find the columns you mentioned. When you have a moment, could you please double check on your side? I really appreciate your help.
Thank you Mayato β exactly they all reference the same table this is the column White logo comp 2! γγγγ¨γ!
Hi Matteo,
Thank you for updating us. Just to confirm, the issue you're facing is. that the columns 'C1 Lookup' and 'C2 Lookup' aren't detecting all the columns in the table it mentions?
What are the columns missing from the selected table here?
Once you can let us know specifically which columns in that table are missing, I can try troubleshoot or raise as a bug. The columns in your earlier message are also not present in '0925 - Zeffy vs. (competitor)'.
I look forward to your response.
thank you Munnawar H. it's the white logo column! π
Hi Matteo,
In the referenced table, these are the only columns that have white logo in the title:
And this is present in the lookup:
Is this the column you're looking for? I don't see a column in the table referenced called "white logo".
I look forward to your response.
