Optimizing People Search to Avoid Duplicate Company Research

i did a people search, there are mulitple people from the same company. I would like to do AI research and see if the companies are relevant, and then filter out people from those companies. However i don’t want to use credits for repeat work (researching the same company multiple lines because there are multiple people from the same company), what can i do? (i already did a company search first then people search, i don’t want to do it again. I am trying to start from people search first to find potential individual consultants)

Hello, To avoid using credits for researching the same company multiple times while starting from a people search, it is best to do this in the company search. Bo (. this worked well. i was able to do clay research without duplicates, thanks! Now i want to copy and past the research results into the duplicated (skipped) rows, how do i do that besides full manual work?

You use the same lookup and then from the lookup you will create a new column > formula and ask it to extract the part of the data you want to extract. For example, if the title of the part you want to extract is domain, you would write a prompt: extract domain from /list that is not empty.
