Hi, I need some support with an urgent issue. Is there a way to restore a previous version of a table? I made a mistake and lost almost 28K email addresses that we have already scraped and used credits for.
If your table was recently deleted, you can recover it by: 1. Going to the "Trash" tab in your workspace 2. Finding your deleted table 3. Clicking the โฒ icon to restore it If you accidentally deleted rows within an existing table: ** Look for an alert/confirmation in the bottom-right corner of your screen ** Click "Undo" to recover the deleted rows * Note: This option is only available for a few seconds after deletion You can also check the table history by: 1. Opening your table 2. Clicking โฒ "View Table History" at the bottom right Important: If the deletion is not recent and the undo option is no longer available, we are unable to recover the deleted data. In this case, you would need to re-fetch the email addresses from the data providers.
Was that helpful?
Hi I am getting a lot of duplicates in a table that I am building, how can I manage this?
We offer two main ways to manage duplicates in your table: 1. Manual deduplication: โข Click on the header of the column you want to dedupe โข Select 'Dedupe' from the dropdown menu โข Confirm the duplicate values to remove and click 'Delete' 2. Auto-dedupe: โข Click the 'Auto-dedupe' icon at the bottom right of your table โข Enable automatic deduplication โข Select the column to dedupe โข Click 'Save Changes' Remember, deleted rows can't be recovered, so use caution. Deduplication is case-sensitive and considers extra whitespace. If you need further assistance, please click on "Talk to a person" for human support.
