    I understand you're having trouble with your payment not going through. While we don't have specific information about your particular payment issue, there are a few things to consider: 1. Transaction processing time: When renewing a Clay plan, it can take 1-2 hours for credits to be added to your account due to how our card provider processes transactions. 2. Billing time: Credits might not appear immediately after the original billing time. For example, if you made a purchase at 12 PM, your credits might not be reflected until 1 PM. If you've waited for 1-2 hours and still don't see the credits in your account, there might be another issue. Could you please confirm how long it's been since you attempted the payment, and whether you've checked your account to see if the credits have been added?
