Website-Based Enrichment If we have a list of customer websites, can Clay automatically pull additional company and contact information from them? and this process any additional charges ?
Yes, Clay can automatically pull additional company and contact information from a list of customer websites. This is done through our enrichment features, which can gather firmographic data, contact information, and other company details. This process does incur charges in the form of Clay credits, as data enrichment actions (including website-based enrichment) cost credits. List building and prospecting are free, but the actual enrichment process requires credits because we pay data providers for this information. If you have your own API keys for data enrichment tools, you can use those instead at no additional credit cost.
In Clay, the number of data providers integrated within a plan depends on the plan level (Free, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) and what integrations you have set up (either through native access or your own API keys/licenses).
All Clay plans include access to 80+ integration providers (100+ in newer documentation). Free plan: Access to all providers via Clay-managed accounts only Starter plan: Same providers plus ability to use your own API keys Explorer/Pro/Enterprise: Additional features like HTTP API integration Using your own API keys incurs no Clay credit costs for enrichment actions, as you're billed directly by those providers instead.
In Starter plan Can get information from ZoomInfo with use our own API
Yes, with the Starter plan ($149/mo), you can use your own ZoomInfo API key in Clay. ZoomInfo integration requires "Bring Your Own Account" and connecting your API key will allow you to enrich company and contact data without using Clay credits. To add your API key, go to your profile picture > Settings > Connections, or add it directly when setting up a ZoomInfo enrichment.
