Is there a way to check across all clay tables (or a selection of them) for duplicates so you don't end up emailing or contacting ones you've already contacted.
There are several ways to avoid contacting duplicate profiles across your Clay tables: 1. When creating a new people search: β’ Use the "Exclude people" section to remove profiles that appear in other Clay tables 2. Within an existing table: β’ Enable auto-dedupe by clicking the Auto-dedupe icon at the bottom right β’ Select the column you want to dedupe β’ Click "Save Changes" Alternatively, you can dedupe a specific column by: β’ Right-clicking the column β’ Selecting "Dedupe > Delete Duplicate Row" 3. Before running new enrichments: β’ Use Lookup columns to check if the data already exists in your CRM or other Clay tables β’ This not only prevents duplicate contacts but also helps save credits by avoiding duplicate enrichments Sources: Find People overview | Documentation | Clay University Auto-update and Auto-dedupe Table Guide: Ways to save Clay credits | Documentation | Clay University
