Hey guys, I am looking for someone who is doing hiring outbound campaigns. I have got two questions.

1.
What is difference between personalized outbound campaigns and non-personalized outbound campaign (do you have some stats: open rates/reply rates, etc.)
2.
How are you gathering data about people you want to hire? Is it just LinkedIn?

Hey Samuel! Maybe a few users can share some of their experience around this but often times personalized campaigns tend to have better success rates because people can relate a bit more if you mention something that "hits home"...About the hiring/recruiting space, maybe Nathan L. can tell you more :)
