say i have 5 workbooks and each workbook represents a client. is it possible to invite client to their respective workbooks? Sometimes, they send us daily csvs, i wanted to let them upload directly to clay instead of me uploading?

Yes, you can invite clients to their respective workbooks. Here's how: Invite clients to your workspace: 1. Go to Settings → Team → +Invite 2. Enter their email address 3. Select Editor role (allows CSV uploads) 4. Send invite Set workbook-specific access: 1. In each client's workbook, click the title → Edit workbook settings 2. Under Edit Access, select "Workspace admins and specific collaborators" 3. Add the specific client as a collaborator Clients can then upload CSVs by: 1. Opening their table, clicking Actions → Import 2. Selecting Import from CSV 3. Uploading their file and mapping columns This setup gives each client access only to their designated workbook while allowing them to upload daily CSV files directly.

why is the edit workbook settings showing empty?

This isn’t currently supported—inviting clients to specific workbooks or letting them upload files directly isn’t possible unless you’re on an enterprise plan with access to user and admin controls. For now, the best workaround is to have clients upload their CSVs to a shared Google Sheet, then connect that sheet to Clay. Let me know if you want help setting that up.

Got it—and you’re right to double-check. Sharing workbooks with client-level access is only available on the Enterprise plan (and only for whole workspace, not workbooks) Really sorry for the confusion—the automated message likely triggered because your workspace is flagged for Enterprise features.
