Your image generation API is likely failing due to OpenAI plan limitations. Check your API usage tier at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits to ensure you have sufficient tokens per minute (TPM).
For reliable OpenAI use in Clay, you need 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. Free plans or tier 1 won't support these requirements.
The DALL-E integration generates images using OpenAI's API, so insufficient TPM limits would cause failures.
