Issue with Auto Updates Causing Unwanted Credit Loss

Hi, today i came accross with the same problem. even tho all the auto updates are turned off on my table, it updated all the columns and i wasted 1000 credits pls someone can help me with this?

I'm sorry to hear about the unexpected update and credit usage. Let's check a few things to resolve this issue: 1. Verify auto-update settings: • Table level: Click the three dots next to your table name, then "Auto-Update Columns". • Column level: Check each column's "Run Settings" to ensure Auto-Update is off. 2. For running updates, use the "Stop Updates" button to halt current enrichments. 3. To prevent future unintended updates: • Test enrichments on a few rows before updating the entire table. • Double-check auto-update settings regularly. 4. For more control, use conditional runs in column settings to specify when enrichments should run.
