Automating Lead Outreach: ICP-based Sequences + Trigger-based Outbound Playbook

I want to be lazy with this, set up a couple of ICPs and then reach out with an automated sequence each day to 20 leads up until the point where i exhaust that ICP, thereafter I want to send outbound on the basis of a trigger being hit when new leads are added to the ICP list. Can anyone help me out with some playbooks or answers where anyone has set this up? My end goal is to work on this once a month to iterate but otherwise to have it running in the back ground.
