Hey Eric, Sorry for the delay here! Here are some of the issues I spotted: - The campaign ID field in the CEO Campaign column is showing as empty and this may be the reason those rows are impacted. Can you please try adding this and running 1 or 2 cells? - Stale data in some cells. It looks like some emails were manually added to some cells in the validate email column. I'd recommend these be added in a separate new column, and we can merge that with the "validated emails column" in a column that'll serve as "Master email".

and I'm not able to add Campaign IDs from Smartlead.ai - is there something wrong here?

Hey Eric, thanks for your patience! Yes, can you re-auth your Smartleads API account? You can do this by deleting the current API and selecting + Add an Account to reconnect the account that has your campaigns.
i added an Account with the new Smartlead API Key but the campaigns have not appeared Daniela D.
Hey Eric, Thanks! Just to confirm, was your current API key generated with a paid account or generated during Smartlead's trial period?

Thanks for confirming! To fix this, you just have to create a new API with your paid account and connect that to your Smartlead Columns. That should resolve the issue with the integration.

Hey Eric, Sorry about this! I am checking now.
Hey Eric, Fixed! โ The Master Email column was being affected by the Apollo email column. There's a dependency set between all the email enrichment columns. It won't update with the data in Manual Emails if the email enrichment columns have not run. I updated your conditional formulas to make the flow better. This way, any time you add emails to the Apollo email column, you can run the email enrichments in those rows which will return "run condition not met" (won't consume your credits) and allow manual email column to flow into Master Email.

Hey Eric, It won't, because the formula is set up to look at the results of both the Validate Email and Manual Email columns (in order to merge both cells). The columns being used to enrich validate email have to run first, and if nothing is found, the data in Manual Email will populate the Master Email field. Hope this helps!
