Troubleshooting User Access for Salesforce Flow Configuration

Hi everyone, I have rebuild the Flow of Alex Lindahl where Users can click a button in Clay to Enrich Accounts with Contacts. The issue I have in production, is that I can only run the flow as an admin because somehow the Principle always says Not Configured. However I change and add the different parts Salesforce does not let "normal" users send data to the webhook. Any suggestions? Tried around a lot of Gemini
