Seeking Advice on Crafting Effective Prospecting Emails

Hi all, seeking some support for email prompting. I have a table with warm leads that have come through RB2B, along with their emails, company websites, and industry. I used Claygent Neon to find information and recent news about the company and I now want to be able to write a prospecting email to them that I will send through HubSpot Sales. I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of personal tone using the GPT integration, so I went to office hours today and Arthuro recommended I try Anthropic > Claude 3 Haiku. The tone seems to be better but it is not understanding the task I am trying to accomplish. It's providing my text like "Given I am an expert email drafter, I believe you would find ________'s services interesting" Does anyone have prompts/ advice they can share?

Creating emails line by line gives you way better results! Yes To put it all together, just: 1. Click "Create New" on the far right of your table 2. Pick "Message" 3. Connect your text snippets using forward slashes Line-by-line is definitely the way to go since AI tends to mess up longer messages. The snippets approach keeps things super focused and precise.
