Upgrading from $349 Plan to $499 Plan: Credit Calculation Inquiry

I have purchased the $349 plan a few days ago and I have used up all my credits. Now if I upgrade my plan to $499 dollar for 14k credits. Now much will you guys charge me and how many credits will i receive?
