can i turn off auto update by default ???

Yes! You can turn off auto-update at both table and column levels.
For the entire table:
Click your table name at the top → select "Disable auto-update" [1]
Or click the Auto-update icon at bottom right → "Turn Off Table" [2]
For individual columns:
Click column header → "Edit columns" → toggle off auto-update under "Run settings"
This prevents automatic enrichments when new rows are added, helping you save credits. [3]
