Update on Clay and Google Sheets Sync Issues

Hello, are we currently have an update right now with syncing Clay and Google Sheet? Seems I can’t push my leads from clay to right now.

Hi Mara, thank you for reaching out. Please make sure that the Google Sheet you're trying to write to is set to allow anyone with the link to access and edit it. It's possible that the issue is caused by your sheet's sharing settings, which may be too restrictive and preventing the Clay interface from being able to access or modify the sheet properly. To adjust this, open your Google Sheet, click the "Share" button in the top right corner, then select "Anyone with the link" under the general access section. Make sure the permission is set to "Editor" so that changes can be made. Once this is updated, the Clay interface should be able to connect to and update your sheet as expected.
