    There could be a few reasons why your work email waterfall results aren't appearing in the final column: 1. The validation process might be failing - while emails may be found by data providers, they need to pass validation to appear in the results column. 2. You might have run out of API credits for email validation. To fix this: โ€ข Purchase additional credits from your email verification provider โ€ข Go to your first waterfall column โ€ข Use the "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" option to reprocess the failed entriesYou can check the validation process by unhiding the validation columns in your table - these are hidden by default but will show you exactly where the process might be stopping.     wondering if having this ticked is inthe work email (enterprise) waterfall caused an issue. There's valid emails but zb is still queueing and not populating a result

    Yes, the "only mark safe to send" setting in your work email waterfall could cause this behavior. When this option is enabled, emails classified as "catch-all" by ZeroBounce will not appear in your results, even if they're technically valid. By default, catch-all emails are returned as valid, but with this setting turned on, only emails explicitly classified as "valid" will be shown in the results.If you want to see these emails in your results, you can disable the "Safe to Send" toggle. This will allow catch-all emails to be returned as valid with "catch-all" as a sub-status.     By default, our email waterfalls use ZeroBounce as the validation service to ensure email quality. Even when emails are found by data providers, they need to pass through the validation process to appear in the results column.Since you mentioned you don't have a ZeroBounce API running, you'll need to set up email validation in one of two ways: 1. Use our Clay-managed ZeroBounce account (costs 1 credit per enriched cell) 2. Bring your own ZeroBounce API keyWithout an active validation service, emails won't populate in your results column, even if they're found by the waterfall process.     Right, but out of a list of 1k I'm getting zero results, while running this list to 400 contacts, not having the same issue.

The waterfall process requires certain "corner pieces" of information to work properly - typically the full name and LinkedIn profile URL. Make sure these essential data points are present in your larger list. 2. It's recommended to test waterfalls on a smaller subset of rows first before running them on your entire table. This helps identify potential issues before processing the full dataset. 3. There might be search filters or limits applied to your larger list that are affecting the results.     Hey Bryce, I can see about 100 validated run came through in the last 10 minutes, so it might be running slower than usual but it's still running for now. You can check individual stats by clicking Column Header โ†’ Run Info to see the progress for each entry. Sorry for the slow runtime. We'll keep an eye out in case they completely stop working.
