I'm trying to add a team member to my workspace, and when they log in, they are getting this message They emailed verification@clay.run last night
If your team member is experiencing login issues, here are the steps they should try: 1. First, try logging out of their account completely 2. Perform a hard refresh of their browser: β’ For Mac users: β’ Chrome/Firefox: Cmd + Shift + R β’ Safari: Cmd + Option + R β’ For PC users: β’ Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + F5 3. Try logging back in 4. If the issue persists, attempt logging in through an incognito window 5. They may also need to restart their browser extensionIf they continue to see error messages after these steps, they should try clearing their browser cache and refreshing the view.Make sure you've properly invited them through Settings > Team members with the appropriate role (User or Admin) assigned. They have tried logging out and restarting their browser, that is not the issue

Just unblocked them! They should be able to log in now. We've seen increased spam on free trials, so we've tightened security measures as we grow. Thanks for your patience as we work to improve security!
