Thanks Clark! I checked and it seems 'saadullahkbabar06@gmail.com' hasn't yet joined your workspace and hence is not able to see the templates!
When you look at the 'Workspace' templates I do see 'Scrapin' show up

When I see his account I don't see the workspace in the selection list so I don't believe he has yet accepted the invite
