Automatically Adding Account Names from LinkedIn URL and Domain

Hey guys. Is there a way to add Account name automatically to the Account Name column if I already have the Company LinkedIn URL and Domain in the Table? Reason I ask: I by mistake ran a 'Find People at these Companies' waterfall in my Contact Enrichment table (Linked to my Master Accounts table containing 5000 ICP accounts) and as a result it started populating my Contact Enrichment Table with thousands of new contacts with the Basic Profile. This naturally started to spend thousands of credits, so I quickly deleted the enrichment column from my Contact Enrichment Table (probably the wrong move i know). As a result I have lots of new contacts (luckily with the right persona) but in many cases they are missing the account name. Kind of complicated to explain,,, sorry.

You can add the Account Name by following these steps: 1. First, use the "Enrich Company" enrichment with your existing Company LinkedIn URL or Domain as the input. This will fetch comprehensive company information. 2. Once the enrichment is complete, you can click on any row in the Company column to see all the available fields from the company table. From there, you can add the company name field as a new column in your table.This will automatically populate the Account Name column based on the LinkedIn URL or Domain you already have in your table. Yes, using the "Enrich Company" enrichment will cost credits if you're using Clay-managed accounts. The cost varies by data provider: ** LeadMagic: 1 credit per enriched cell ** Datagma: 2 credits per enriched cell ** RocketReach: 3 credits per enriched cell ** Clearbit: 8 credits per enriched cellHowever, if you have your own API keys for any of these data providers, you can use them in Clay without spending any credits. Also please let me know how to do this: When a waterfall for Mobile Phone or Email search provides no result, I want to fill the cell with 'No email found' or 'No Phone Number found'. I know it's possible to view this via expanding the waterfall tab but I want to keep the table looking clean + I want the tables to be as simple as possible for our reps to navigate. Thanks!

Hey there Max thanks for reaching out, just to clarify here did you delete the import column that was at the beginning of the table. As for the waterfall question, there is no way to program the Waterfalls to output this when they run, what you can do here is use a formula column and tell it to "return the values from the Final Waterfall column and if there is no value return 'No number/email found' "

Thanks Luis! Yes I did delete the import column - probably not the best idea but I was trying to stop my credits from flying away. haha As for the Waterfall - that makes sense, thanks!

For example the account 'Pirelli' I ran a people search on and it populated the table with no issues. Just missing the account name

Got it, thanks for clarifying! The bad news is that the current configuration is broken because the dependencies were removed (specifically, the company table connection mid-run). The good news is that there's an action we can use to pull missing data points from the company table based on specific unique identifiers. Hey Max, thanks for reaching out. If you're performing a new people search from an existing list of companies (companies with website URL's or LinkedIn URL's, the account name should transfer over into the people table without any issues. :) Hope this answers your question, let me know how I can best assist.

Hey guys! Another question. In this table I want to give our team the option to 'manually' add contacts to this table via LinkedIn URL. It should be quick and simple. I have added a Basic Profile Enrichment (Enrich person via LinkedIn Profile - column) option that will take the LinkedIn URL and ultimately populate the table with the other profile data required for this contact (Name, Location, Title etc)
The problem: How do I make it so this the results of this enrichment automatically populate the right columns? I can map individual cell results, but I can't find a way to do this automatically every time the Basic Profile enrichment is ran. Tried formulas, but no luck - maybe im doing something wrong.
Problem 2: I've noticed the basic profile enrichment does not provide an individual result for 'first name' - so this will need to be extracted via formula I assume. I also do not know how to do this.
Sorry for so many questions these days. We are preparing to integrate with Hubspot and some other tools, so I have to make this work lol Thanks again! Can only imagine how many support questions you get on a daily basis 😂
