Is it me or write to other table function was replaced today by send data ?
Send table data
Yes, "Send table data" is our new way to send data from one table to another. It replaces the "write to table" function in the Actions dropdown and when viewing nested data within cells. The legacy "Write to Other Table" columns are still available when you use the "Add Enrichment" button until the rollout of these new routing features is complete.
To use "Send table data":
1. Go to your table and click Actions
→ Send table data
2. Select your destination table
3. Choose either:
• Send row
: Sends selected columns as a row
• Send row for each item in a list
: Flattens lists into individual rows
4. Click Save
Key differences from "write to table":
** New location in the Actions dropdown
** Same functionality but updated interface
* Legacy "Write to Other Table" columns still available via "Add Enrichment" until rollout completes
Thought I was going crazy for a second. One minute it was there and the next it was gone.
The "write to table" function was replaced by "send table data" as part of our interface updates. It offers the same core functionality but with an updated interface. Key differences: ** New location in the Actions dropdown ** Two methods available: "Send row" (sends selected columns as a row) and "Send row for each item in a list" (flattens lists into individual rows) * Same constraints still apply: maximum of 10 connected tables and linear data direction only The legacy "Write to Other Table" columns remain available via "Add Enrichment" until the rollout completes.
I've tried this but when I select columns to send to another table, nothing appears?
If your selected columns aren't appearing when using "Send table data, " try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Use the Force Run option in your table settings (this may take time depending on table size). 2. If the issue persists: • Delete the affected column • Create a fresh column • Re-map your data Another possible cause: your data might not be formatted as a proper list. Make sure your data is correctly formatted as a list (indicated by curly brackets {} in Clay). After making changes, click Save and try again.
I'm not able to map data from Table A to Table B in my UI, I'm basically telling the enrichment to send data a,b,c from Table A to Table B with no destination for the values...
When using "Send table data, " you need to: 1. Click Actions → Send table data 2. Select your destination table 3. Choose either "Send row" or "Send row for each item in a list" 4. Select which columns to send If nothing appears after selecting columns, try: ** Using Force Run in table settings ** If the issue persists, delete the affected column, create a fresh one, and re-map your data Make sure you're completing all steps and saving your configuration.
Hey there, sorry for the delay, to confirm here the write to Table integration has been merged with "Send table Data" integration
