Hey everyone so I built a list out of Clay for accounts and I ended up using credits for several things like checking for prospect emails, technology, and find prospects at a company. However when I shared the list with my colleague it turn out that a few of the websites were not even working or live. I have 2 questions regarding this:

1.
How I can avoid this part to only get validated websites?
2.
Can I please get those credits from Clay refunded as the website was used as a base to get all other information.

In this table I even checked if domain is valid but it still shows http://dxpechef.com/ as valid even though it is not from the website. Also http://myla.com/ might be a valid domain but upon clicking you can see that the store is unavailable. Hey Ammar K., happy to help you out with that, do you know how many credits were used up on those? Took a look at the examples but it looks like it's being powered by Shopify so I believe that's why it returns as "valid".We're also working to improve what LinkedIn profiles are active or not since it looks like you generated this list from the Find Companies search, right?

Thanks for getting back to me Arturo. Yes I generated it from Find Companies vis LinkedIn. Regarding credits I had around 5 companies with around 2 prospects each where the credits were used for: Finding Contacts via LI, Checking with Built with, then finding emails for the prospects. Where some of the company websites did not work while with others the emails bounced. So was wondering how to avoid this and what you process looks like for getting credits back.

Sorry for the delay, Ammar K.! Just to double-check, how many credits did you have before this workflow ran? happy to send those back into your account. Based on the above I'd estimate it was about 50 credits (5 companies, 2 people per company...average of 6 credits per lead?)

If you add a validation provider to check the emails, some of them have the option to only return "safe to send" emails, the team will add that toggle on/off option to the waterfall soon but we'll default it to "on" so it reduces the bounce rates as much as possible.
