thank you - I'll share this with the team to see whats up with the formula generator, for now just delete the ' before and after the column name though and it should work

Yup, looks like it keeps adding the quotes around the column name which is the issue. The team has surfaced this too so we'll look into it. Let us know if removing the quotes breaks anything or if you need help correcting it.

Yep. It's something the team has brought up and seen but for some reason, the AI for the formulas likes to add them here and there. Annoying, for sure!
