It automatically processes incoming data, enriches it, forwards it to a destination, then deletes original entries to keep tables manageable. Requirements: - Enterprise Plan only - Works only with webhook-sourced tables - Doesn't apply to CSV uploads Setup: 1. Open your table and click the table title 2. Select "Enable auto-delete" 3. Enable "Automatic row deletion" 4. Optionally enable "Success field check" to confirm enrichment completion before deletion 5. Save changes This bypasses standard row limits while continuously handling new data efficiently.
Is there any way of doing this without the enterprise plan?
No, auto-delete is exclusively available on the Enterprise Plan. For managing high-volume tables on other plans, you can manually delete rows by selecting the first row, scrolling to the last row, holding shift, clicking the left box, then right-clicking and selecting "Delete x# of rows". You could also use auto-dedupe (available on all plans) to automatically remove duplicate entries, which helps keep tables manageable.
Is there an API I can use to delete rows?
No, we don't offer exposed API endpoints for directly deleting rows from tables. We don't have a traditional API that allows external querying or manipulation of data within our interface. The closest API-like functionality is using webhooks to send data into Clay and HTTP API integration to push data out to other services. For row deletion, you'll need to use our manual bulk delete method or the auto-delete feature (Enterprise Plan only).
