Clay is super slow these days 😢
Well it was a couple of days now.. Even simply arranging columns is taking its time. Lookups are running too slow, too
Clay may be running slowly due to large tables or multiple actions running simultaneously. For performance issues with arranging columns and lookups, try a hard refresh: ** Mac: Command (⌘) + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option (⌥) + Command (⌘) + E (Safari) ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R Larger tables and complex workflows (like linked tables) typically experience more latency. For lookups specifically, breaking data into smaller batches can help reduce processing delays.
Already tried that. Same problem
For persistent slowness with arranging columns and lookups, try these solutions: 1. Break your data into smaller batches when running lookups to reduce processing delays. 2. For Google Sheets lookups specifically, note there's a limit of 300 read requests per minute, which can cause slowdowns. 3. Large tables naturally experience more latency, especially with complex workflows or linked tables. 4. Empty spaces or loading delays are common in larger tables as they take longer to update.
Yes yes
it is
keeps loading, crashing on huge volumes
Hi Gaizel, thanks for reaching out and really sorry you're running into issues here. Could you share the specific table url where you're experiencing issues and the specific actions you're taking? This will help us investigate to pinpoint the source of your issue - thank you!
