what does Update People Table do?

When you update a people table in Clay, a few key things happen: 1. If auto-update is enabled, all columns will automatically run whenever rows are added or edited in the table. 2. The table maintains automatic links between your companies and people data, allowing you to: • Pull in enriched company data for your contacts • Extract corresponding variables from your companies table into your people table 3. When you add new company data to your company table, you can rerun the lookup in your people table to pull the enriched company data, creating an integrated dataset that combines individual and company information.
