Assistance Needed: Upgrade Issue with Main Account Linked to Tony Mai
One of our accounts seems to be upgraded to a new version but our main account has not been. Can you help us with this? The main account is linked to Tony Mai (tony@cnnect.ai)
Plan upgrades happen on an account-by-account basis when users choose to upgrade their plan. When an account is upgraded, the change takes effect immediately - the billing cycle resets and new features become available right away. If you'd like to upgrade your main account linked to Tony Mai, you can do this through the billing section of your account settings. Source: FAQ | Clay.com
Jenna M.··No I mean we have the new features clay has rolled out in one of our accounts but not the other (Tony's is missing it) and this is our main account. Can we have these turned on as they were for other?

Hey Jenna, thanks for clarifying! I just checked Tony's account under this email tony@cnnect.ai and it looks like he has access to the same Clay workspaces that you do. Hey Jenna, all the features you requested are still in Beta testing which is why we have to manually enable them for this workspace. We just turned on the AI autofill for HTTP API columns for you. Working on getting the other features enabled. Feel free to share any feedback you have on these features before they go live to the general public!

Amazing thank you so so much! Being able to make a template of the Write to Other Table enrichment is literally going to save me several hours of work, such a game changer of a feature in my opinion!
