I am trying to connect my open ai api key but it says: This action may run slowly because the limits you have on your account associated with this model are low. Consider upgrading your OpenAI API key to a higher tier for faster performance. See "Increasing your limits" here.. I already have tier 2 in limits

Even with a Tier 2 API key, you might still see a warning about slow performance. This could be because the specific action you're trying to run requires higher limits than what your current tier provides. For reliable use of OpenAI in our app, you need 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT columns, and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. To resolve this, you can: 1. Check your current usage and limits at OpenAI Usage and OpenAI Limits. 2. Consider upgrading to a higher tier if needed. 3. If the issue persists, you may need to contact OpenAI support for further assistance. If you need more help, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person".

Hi David, thank you for reaching out. While your Tier 2 plan does allow you to run any enrichment on Clay—including Web Research operations—the rate limits are still lower than on higher-tier plans. This means that for more complex queries, it may take longer to retrieve results. That said, the columns will still run, just at a slower pace. If you're running into specific issues with column limits, it may also be worth reaching out to OpenAI directly to understand if there are any additional constraints from their side.
