Hey there, thanks for reaching out! :) It looks like you're running into an issue where all contacts are being imported from HubSpot. From what I can see, you might even have hit the limit of the API's capabilities during the export process. I also clicked the update button which seems to import now additional leads. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1238828142/6633cd4ce140bf0c5c764aeb3fc3/Berrycast_XOleUogCgY.png?expires=1730719800&signature=5a97fd9b2126ecd3ca6956d30de16c6a06632c7ccc540fc0c74dafd4a799d765&req=dSIkHsF8lYBbW%2FMW1HO4zbrgwxKGDDd3HGGeKeci0gw40cTuN0BbDxc8Y8ci%0AyRIo%0A Make sure to enable auto-dedupe so you're not enriching the same people twice. Also, it seems you have two sources which are identical. You can delete a source, but keep in mind that all the data from that source will also be removed, which might lead to stale or outdated data across any enrichments using that source. Here's an example of what outdated data could look like: Loom video. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know! 😊 Have a great Monday, Daniel Kupka

    I don’t think it’s importing additional leads.

I don’t really understand why this is happening. I did not hit the Hubspot API. It’s supposed to import 40k contacts and I started this yesterday

And yet it only imported a fraction of that

Yeah I just checked and the auto-dedupe is on and the API Limit wasn't hit. Can you please advise? Daniel K.

Hi Annamarie, Thank you for reaching out. Here’s what we see on our end: 1. Repeated 429 Errors: The system logs show that HubSpot’s API rate limits were triggered by the TEN_SECONDLY_ROLLING policy, which controls the number of requests made in a short time frame. This might be due to two enrichments running at the same time. 2. Import Size Limit: We have a 5 KB limit for source imports, which is around 10,000 contacts. To help with this, could you segment the lists in smaller batches of around 10k each and ensure no other API processes are running while you run the import in Clay? This approach should allow the import to complete as expected. Let me know if you need more guidance or support with this. I’m here to help! 😊

Thanks! Teach me how to fish, how could I have found that next time. So just to confirm here, I should split my list of 120k into 12 different lists and run them all at different times ?

Thanks for asking. Right now, it’s not visible in Clay, but we are working on making this more accessible. But yes, to confirm, splitting your list of 120k into smaller lists is a good approach. A single Clay table has a 50k limit, so breaking it into 12 separate lists and running them at different times will help. As a general guideline, working with 10k at a time can make the process smoother. Let me know if you need more details or help with this! 😊
