Hi .. am I able to use the G2 data integration to find out whether a list of companies have been researching my company, our competitors or the category as a whole?
Looks like it just adds the company page of that company
Hey Scott - currently we’re just scraping the company page. Can you send me an example of what you’re looking to find from G2 though?
Hi Matt - Sure. We currently use G2 internally to identify accounts that are searching for us, our competitors or our category as a whole to identify accounts who may be in a buying cycle. We have this data synced to a few different fields in SFDC (like last G2 Activity Date, G2 Primary Topic and Intent Score- which is influenced by the first two fields). I’d like to be able to use those same values to run automations / flows in clay. Primary usecase is looking at an account list, i want to have those types of fields used in that table. If that isn’t possi;ble right now, is it possible to pull that data directly from our SFDC insated of from your data sources?
Gotcha, thanks! The G2 integration we have right now can't be connected to an individual account. It currently relies on scraping public G2 pages. But you can add a lookup record via salesforce integration to pull in those values from your SDFC instance!
interesting… so you can pull values into clay from our own SFDC instance?
yep!
