i sent an email sequence to lead list that was pushed from clay.com to instantly, and all mails were sent via instantly. Now that the campaign has finished i want to send out another mail sequence to all the leads that had opened their mails. How can i create that workflow between clay.com and isntantly to achieve this. help me with the steps. how ca i map this to the existing clay table
To create a workflow between Clay and Instantly for sending a new email sequence to leads who opened their emails, follow these steps: 1. In your Clay table, add a column to track email opens from your previous campaign. 2. Use the "write to table" feature to update this column with open data from Instantly. 3. Filter your Clay table to show only leads who opened emails. 4. Add an Instantly enrichment to your Clay table: • Click "Add enrichment" and search for Instantly • Select "Add Leads to Campaign" • Choose your new campaign in Instantly • Map the necessary fields (email, name, etc.) • Add custom variables if needed (e.g., subject line, email body) 5. Run the enrichment on your filtered leads. This will push the selected leads to your new Instantly campaign, ready for the next email sequence.

how can i achieve step 1 and 2 as the opened mail analytics is available in Instantly not clay
To track email opens from Instantly in your Clay table, you can use our "write to table" feature. Here's how: 1. In Clay, add a new column to your table to track email opens. 2. Use the Instantly integration in Clay to fetch the open data: • Add the Instantly enrichment to your table • Select the "Find leads" action • Input the email addresses and campaign ID (if applicable) • This will pull in data from Instantly, including open rates 3. Use the "write to table" feature to update your new column with the open data from Instantly. By following these steps, you'll be able to track email opens from your Instantly campaign directly in your Clay table.

Hey tarun - We need a separate table to handle this workflow, here are the steps you'll have to follow: 1. Create a webhook table in Clay (documentation / guide) and copy the URL found in this table 2. Create a webhook in Instantly for the desired event (ex. when someone opens your email) Instantly Guide 3. When creating the webhook in step 2, you'll need a URL for this signal from Instantly to land in Clay. Use the URL copied from Step 1 4. Once you have data land in the Clay table created in step one, this workflow becomes similar to the one provided in this table (Your Clay Table) meaning you could have this generate a new message, find other data points or whatever you're looking for. Regardless, now you'll have a Clay table where when someone opens your email they'll be sent to this table and you can create a new campaign then to send these people to or any other workflow you're hoping to perform here. The reason we suggest a second table is that it will process the data better. If you still prefer bringing it into the first table, you can use a lookup, but it would need to be constantly triggered to bring in new data. Let me know if you have more questions
