Help Needed: Switching to Monthly Payment for Highest Tier on Clay

Hey guys ... I signed up to monthly and paid annual contract. Now I want to switch to the highest tier but pay monthly. I tried speaking to support many times and no one can figure out how to upgrade my Clay. Can someone help?
