Issues with 'Find People' Function – Outdated Results and Bugs

Is it possible to get some human support - I am having real issues with the 'Find People' function - it's delivering completely out of date or incorrect results. One example the person left the listed company 9 years ago! Another has pulled through the job function of 'Pilot' despite me doing an exact match for CEO. I get there will be small bugs, but I'm finding bugs continuously at the moment. Last week it was Smartlead lookups, now this.
