When using your own LeadMagic API key with Clay, you're not using Clay credits for enrichments. Instead, you're using your LeadMagic account's resources. If the enrichment isn't running, it's likely due to issues with your LeadMagic account, not Clay credits. To troubleshoot: 1. Check your LeadMagic account balance 2. Ensure your API key is correct and active 3. Try generating a new API key from LeadMagic and reconnecting it in Clay If you need Clay credits for other purposes, you can purchase credit top-ups at 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit.
