Hi Clay team - we changed our primary domain and have lost access to our workspace. Can someone help us out?
When you sign up with a new domain, you'll automatically be placed in a new workspace with a trial period. To regain access to your existing workspace, you'll need to be explicitly invited back by someone who still has admin access to that workspace. Please ask a current workspace admin to invite you through Settings > Team > +Invite with your new email address. Source: Invite Members to Your Workspace

I am the admin and owner of that workspace...
Since you are the admin and owner, you will need to reach out to our support team directly for assistance in regaining access to your workspace. This is a special case that requires manual intervention since the automatic domain-based workspace assignment has separated you from your owned workspace.Please explicitly ask for a human agent in this conversation so they can verify your ownership and help restore your access.

All good! Yes, the old workspace was SalesOps.io
(we switched from salesops.io to growintandem.com)
Got it and to confirm the new email here is michael@growintandem.com correct?
