You can track job changes in Clay using two main approaches: 1. For monitoring specific people: • Open a people table and select "Actions > Monitor for Job Changes" • Input the LinkedIn URL of the people you want to track • Click "Save and run" 2. For tracking historical vs future changes: • To check if contacts are still at their current company: Include both the "Person LinkedIn URL" and "Company LinkedIn URL" columns • To monitor future job changes: Only provide the "Person LinkedIn URL" column This tracking system will notify you when someone changes jobs, allowing you to stay informed about career movements within your target companies.
