If you're running out of credits, you have two options: 1. Purchase credit top-ups for a one-time need: • Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Select the amount needed and click Continue • These will be added instantly without changing your plan 2. Upgrade your plan for ongoing increased usage: • Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan • Select the next tier in your pricing plan • Click Upgrade Plan Note that credit top-ups cost 50% more than the typical cost per credit of your existing plan.

unfortunately our GTM at our company is still on hold due to the credits which were used up by this on sequence "smarte-enrich-company: spent 79,848 credits" since this sequence went on auto-run and did not stop after we tried to stop it even though it said "All runs are beings cancelled, please allow a few mins for this change to take effect" and now we were left with not credits the next morning.. Inside of the chat the AI agents was already texting me "We can process a one time refund for you. To prevent accidental spend from happening again in the future, disable auto-update for specific columns or entire tables."
