Issue with Missing Row in Spreadsheet After Addition

Hi everyone! I am trying to add a row and it says 'row added' but I do not see it in the spreadsheet

Hey there - I just tried testing this with the last two rows - have they been added to the sheet? Google is telling us it was successful with no issues
