Recovering Data After Mistakenly Mapping Table Columns

hey, I sent companies to another table and then mapped the columns (in the table I sent data to) by mistake and it removed all the data I had in that table before, is there a way to cancel that mapping action?

You can try using Cmd/Ctrl + Z to undo the mapping action if it was recent. [1] However, Clay doesn't track row history or deletions, so if data was overwritten during the mapping process, there's no way to recover the previous data directly from within the platform.
If the undo doesn't work, you'll need to re-import or manually update the lost data.
Before we explore other options, I'd recommend trying our built-in AI tool called Sculptor (available in the top-right corner). It can help you quickly rebuild workflows and set up automations. Give it a try and let me know if it helps with your situation.

Hey Veronika- unfortunately once an action has completed, it is impossible to undo it as this involves navigating a very complex set of API calls. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
