Issue with Credits Not Renewing on Clay Account

My credits were supposed to renew 1 hour ago, they didn’t renew and now my account says they will renew January 15, and I can’t use Clay

If your Clay plan has renewed but you don't see your credits yet, this is likely due to a normal processing delay. It typically takes 1-2 hours after your billing time for credits to appear in your account due to how our card provider processes transactions.
