Issue with Credits Not Renewing on Clay Account

My credits were supposed to renew 1 hour ago, they didn’t renew and now my account says they will renew January 15, and I can’t use Clay

If your Clay plan has renewed but you don't see your credits yet, this is likely due to a normal processing delay. It typically takes 1-2 hours after your billing time for credits to appear in your account due to how our card provider processes transactions. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until 1 PM.If you continue to experience issues after the 1-2 hour processing period, please let me know and I can connect you with a human agent for assistance.
