Hi Support, I just signed up and realized I didn't use an affiliate link to get 2 months of Pro free on my trial. How can I adjust my account?

Unfortunately, we don't retroactively attribute revenue or benefits for forgotten sign-ups that occurred without using referral links. This policy applies to affiliate links as well, so we can't adjust your account to add the 2 months of Pro free after you've already signed up. If you need further help with this situation, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."

It's not a paid affiliate that I went through. Its from "Johnny at CC'ing My EA" group.

Or is it possible to just remove the account and I can start again? I literally JUST signed up an hour ago.

Got it—I’d recommend starting by creating a new account. If anything blocks you, just DM me. Once the new account is set up, we’ll delete the old one and switch the email over to the new one.

ok thank you. I have made a new account using an alternative email. The new email is: melissa@ontargetgetaways.com I would like to DELETE: melissa@ontargetvirtualsolutions.com and connect that with the new one I just opened.

Got it. I’m not seeing anyone with the new email you mentioned just yet. Could you copy and send me the URL from your browser when you’re inside the workspace? It’s the one in the address bar (like where you’d type google.com). That’ll help me confirm exactly which workspace you’re in.
