is anyone else experincing agent’s just not running. Spoke to support but they said it is a global issue of being slow but mine simply aren’t running.. It’s been over 24hrs of just loading

That's frustrating, especially after 24+ hours. Try these quick fixes:
Hard refresh first:
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
If still stuck:
Click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it
Clear your browser cache and refresh
If none of that works and they're still frozen, click "Talk to a person" for hands-on help troubleshooting what's blocking them.

Since the standard fixes didn't work, try duplicating the stuck column and running it fresh on the affected rows. Filter for rows where the current column "is empty," run the new column on those, then merge the results back.
If columns are still stuck on "queued," click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset them.
Also check if you might have an infinite loop—if tables show continuous "running" enrichments or the same columns running repeatedly, that could be the issue. [1]
If none of this resolves it, click "Talk to a person" for deeper troubleshooting.
