Troubleshooting Draft Emails Feature: External Link & Profile Access Issue | OpenAI Help Center

apologies for my ignorance, I'm playing with the Draft Emails using OpenAI feature and I keep getting "I'm sorry but I cannot access external links or personal profiles" when i use some of the templates. What am I doing wrong? I have about $75 worth of OpenAI credits to play with. Have tried with my OpenAI connection and Clay's.

    Hey John, sorry for the delay! Could you share the link to your table? This message usually comes up when a LI URL or other links are given to chatGPT in the prompt which this version of openAI's GPT still can't access/crawl the web, only their browser version of chatGPT can at this time.
