Thanks for weighing in on this Jacob. I'll add some context on this as well: We now require 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. If you’re trying to use Claygent with a model lower than Tier 2, it won’t work. However, ChatGPT will still work fine in these cases. You can check your ChatGPT usage or limits at the following links: • Usage • Limits • Usage Tiers ​ Their support team will always grant you the request if you have prepaid the minimum amount required and they’ll be quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues.

I created an open ai account, paid, waited 7 days and it never went up to Tier 2. I tried to contact support, and got this reply: Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us. Hi Jon, hmm not really much we can do here. Can you please reach out to support and say you cannot find the "Need help?" option to submit a review to request for a higher limit? Daniel K. They emailed me this morning and bumped me up to Tier 2. 😀 They were actually really nice and even apologized: First off, we're very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As we've scaled quickly, we have been working hard to catch up with all the interest and outreach from customers like you. We have bumped you up to Tier 2 based on your actual consumption level. You can verify this in the 'Limits' section of your account settings. In the future, you will automatically move to the next usage tier as your usage of the OpenAI API and your spending on our API increase - I think they just wanted to see some usage. I used gpt-40 mini for a couple small tasks on the table, for like $0.60 worth of usage.
