Lost Credits After Plan Expiration - Need Assistance Restoring

hey team, - I bought 10k credits last month to test it for my team. I didn't have the time last month, my plan expired and I lost all of those credits. Your support AI agent said "your credits were forfeited because you no longer had an active paid plan to support the rollover. However, you can restore those lost credits by upgrading back to your previous Plan" I just upgraded but no credits were added. please advise
