That's a great question, Debora! So, the API has a combination of all these rates but I believe say openAI prioritizes RPM then TPM. Of course, if it helps keep an eye on this, you can check your API usage or limits in these links (they're usually fast at helping you out if you need to increase them) - https://platform.openai.com/account/usage or https://platform.openai.com/account/limits Also, check if your API key/service has a monthly limit, meaning that if you run out of credits it stops working until you refill credits.
